Finance
This is a Finance programme that’s not for the faint hearted. CIMA-accredited, and defined by its diversity, rapid rates of change and multinational atmosphere, it turns excellent graduates into tomorrow’s leaders of finance.
Lasting three years, this programme will see you work in at least three areas. Your most likely locations will be our state-of-the-art European Shared Service Centre in Brighton, one of our country headquarters, and one of our manufacturing plants.
Country Headquarters (possibly in Europe)
When you take on this challenge, you’ll provide business analysis and support sales and marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include annual and quarterly forecasting and business plans, volume price and promotion analysis, customer profitability analysis and product launch work.
Manufacturing plant
This is a production-driven challenge where you’ll administer financial accounting information, taking on responsibilities such as operations reporting, cost analysis, forecasting and inventory control, cost-saving tracking, and capital spending savings.
Enjoy the challenge
You’ll find this programme demands a lot of hard work, especially when you’re combining work challenges with studying and exams. Of course you will receive study leave, financial support and revision time, and you’ll be backed by supportive managers, but it’s a challenge nonetheless.
What you could achieve
Ultimately though, these three years will be career-defining. Some people who joined us as graduates are now Business Analysts in the UK and across Europe, others are Treasury Managers, and others have worked their way through the ranks to become European FDs for various brands.
