Q: Are there overseas placement opportunities?

A European placement is not guaranteed. However, we will offer one if a suitable opportunity arises within the business. Again, while your role may require you to visit one of our European offices, this is not guaranteed.

Q: What skills do you look for in a Kimberly-Clark graduate?

We expect our graduates to be our future business leaders. So your positive attitude and innovative approach to leadership, problem solving and teamwork are paramount.

Q: How will my performance be reviewed?

The Kimberly-Clark Global performance Management process measures your performance against objectives and also your behaviours against our leadership behaviours.

You'll have regular reviews throughout the year with your Team Leader, and in the final quarter of the year, you'll nominate a number of customers, colleagues and peers to give you feedback. Your line manager will then use this information to produce a performance rating, which is then compared to your peers by a group of senior managers. Finally, you'll have a performance assessment discussion with your line manager in January or February of each year.
