Support
Though not benefits in the strictest sense, we make sure each graduate has a big support network. We allocate a buddy to each graduate in their first year – usually a graduate scheme predecessor. In year two we then provide a mentor who is a senior member of a relevant department.
We also pride ourselves on the social side of things at Kimberly-Clark. This is a place where people genuinely get on and enjoy each other's company outside work. As well as the usual informal gatherings, there are formal events and networks galore.
